Dream breakfast  ♥ healthy but sooo freakin’ good  

Heya! How are you guys? Hopefully hungry after lusting after that photo of a breakfast I made a couple of days ago. I’ve always loved to cook and so cooking for myself everyday is so much fun, I love trying out new things as well, like a vegan lentil stew, I just tried out ( you can add meat if you’d like, but I’m not a big meat eater) , that a lot of you actually really loved on my instagram and snapchat. So I figured I’d give you an exact recipe on this whole breakfast!

For the pancakes:

1 cup self raising flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 scoop protein powder ( I ran out of vanilla so I used chocolate flavor and they came out just as good)

A quarter cup of milk ( or whatever milk you have, I’m dairy free so I use Soy or Almond)

Start off with the flour , pour it into a bowl and mix in your cinnamon and protein powder, then you’re going to add your milk and stir and then seep in the vanilla extract. Crack open your egg in there, and then mix up the batter until smooth. Heat up your pan on medium heat with either olive oil or coconut oil, then lower the heat and begin to make your pancakes! Also keep in mind that there are quite thick so don’t pour in too much batter into the pan, they’re not crepes!

For the juice:

I LOVEEEE A GOOD GREEN JUICE so I’ll give you a recipe on two of my go to green juices

1 handful of Spinach

1 handful of Strawberries

1 apple

A little bit of mint (sorry I don’t use an exact measurement but put as much as you’d like)

1 cup of water


1 handful of Spinach

1/2 an Apple

1/4 cup  of Pineapple

A little bit of mint

1 cup water
