Hey loves! How are ya? It’s been a week since I last posted and as crazy as it is, I missed you! I got back into my workout regime just recently and thought it’d be a great idea to show you guys what I pack in my gym bag before I head to the gym. When I was living in Zimbabwe my gym was actually at my school so I would carry some deo and some coconut oil to take off my makeup, I hate working out with makeup on no matter how ugly I look. The coconut oil I use can be found here and the deo here. But now since I live like a 5 – 8 minute walk away from my gym, I usually go home first and take off my makeup there, put on some deo and put on my workout clothes before I leave. I feel like once I got back to working out I can’t stop haha which is good of course. I try my best to workout three times a week and I think it’s kinda therapeutic. I don’t only go to the gym, sometimes I do yoga and I really want to get into kickboxing (soon fingers crossed) but everything above works for any workout you’re going to do. My gym bag is extremely simple but that’s great, never carry to much when you’re working out, you’re only there for less than an hour so why need to carry too much?
